Wonderful events – great to see Schumacher College being so supportive of TTT. Totnes is so lucky to have TTT and Schumacher in one place. Keep up the good work.

The programme definately looks good. and it seems that the transition town idea is really taking off. I think it will be interesting to keep an eye on two towns to see how they react to peak oil. will there be a transition town milton keynes and a transition town Aberdeen, the last city being the oil capitol of the UK. I expect peak oil to have a huge impact on Aberdeen as when the oil has gone so will the wealth and jobs.

Hi transition town Totnes

I have heard that there is an innovative new health project in or near Totnes or Torbay that is using some sort of new funding or new economical structure/ finacing to serve the project. I am doing some research on money and alternatives to legal tender and am very interested in researching the project. Are you able to give me any details about this- which health project and how it is being run.

yours sincerely Melanie John
